Artilon®- PE Foam

Artilon® is a closed-cell, chemically cross-linked polyethylene foam available in roll or sheet form. Superior mechanical and physical properties make Artilon suitable for applications that require low water absorption, thermal and chemical insulation, shock absorption, buoyancy and cushioning. Artilon is lightweight, durable, and easily fabricated for a variety of applications in building & construction, automotive, sundry goods, and more. Fire retardant and low thermal conductivity properties make Artilon especially appropriate for industrial heat shielding and heat-insulation.

EPilon®- PE & PP Foam

EPilon® is a fine-cell, physically cross-linked polyethylene or polypropylene foam manufactured in a continuous sheet. It exhibits a smooth, aesthetic surface and a homogenous closed-cell structure. Selective fire retardant grades that comply with FMVSS302 and UL94HF-1 are also available. EPilon polypropylene foam offers superb thermo-forming characteristics, which allows the design of complex shapes in automotive interior application.

YoungBoard®- PE & EVA Foam

YoungBoard® is a semi-rigid, chemically cross-linked polyethylene/EVA block-type foam with closed or open cell structure. It exhibits a fine, homogenous cell structure with excellent insulation, cushioning, and water-repellent properties. YoungBoard offers an impressive combination of smooth feel, variety of aesthetic colors, and printable surface for applications in toys, health care products, specialty packaging, flotation device, and sporting goods.

Filmy®- PE Foam

Filmy® is a technologically intensive driven product which surpasses the limitation of minimum thickness capacity of polyolefin foams. Filmy is available in extended width with standard thickness range of 0.3mm to 1.5mm. Filmy is developed to accommodate certain critical requirements often imperative in health care, automotive, packaging, construction and electronic industries. It offers excellent gauge control and consistency for foam tape, wallpapers, and flooring applications. Its physical properties can be adjusted and controlled according to the application requirement.

Applications
